I ordered through the website as usual, but when I got there to pick up my order, they told me they no longer had any burgers from the site. The owner should either shut down the website or actually update it... It's usually a pleasure, but this time I'm clearly disappointed.

Avoid at all costs. Dishes were dirty, there was lipstick on the glass, and the salad wasn't fresh. Also, watch out for the bill...

Very disappointing. Very poor value for money. The Caesar salad at €22 is truly insignificant. I won't be back.

Very good place, very friendly welcome, smiling service, it's nice, a nice anticipation to avoid a long wait for a group of 11 people, excellent meal, I thank again for the gourmet coffee. We had a great time, it made up for our lunch which was looking complicated, thank you to the team 👌🏻

Two attempts, two disappointments. It's definitely a mall restaurant, bland, with average to mediocre quality food. It's frequented mainly by local workers because it's the only place to eat. Guaranteed clientele, so no effort is required.

I recommend it 200%! The tapas on Friday nights are exceptional, and the service is top-notch. Everything is fresh and homemade. Kudos to the Bella Storia team!
