Pizza Puccia

Very bad experience. I called this pizzeria to place an order. Once the order was ready, we went to the address provided to pick up the pizzas, but the pizzeria was no longer there. My colleagues then called to find out what was going on. Instead of apologizing or calmly explaining the situation, the pizza maker replied arrogantly and disrespectfully: "No, I haven't been in Bouc-Bel-Air for a month already." The problem is that the change of address isn't indicated on the website, which misleads customers. In addition to this poor organization, we felt it was our fault, even though the information provided was incorrect. A minimum of updating information and showing respect for customers would be appreciated.

They don't inform customers of the change of address, and once we ask for the address, the man on the phone is very arrogant and accuses us!!!!

Ordered several times, always excellent. The pizzas are very good and very generous. Very fast service, I highly recommend!

We received a warm welcome. The pizzas were generously sized and of excellent quality. I highly recommend it. We also got some great local tips after chatting with them. Everything was perfect. Don't miss it!
