Hello, In recent days, one of your delivery drivers took it upon himself to keep a customer's phone number after delivering a pizza. He then contacted her by text message for personal reasons, attempting to flirt with her. I find this behavior particularly inappropriate, disrespectful, and contrary to the professionalism one has the right to expect from your staff. It does absolutely nothing to inspire confidence in customers regarding the use of their personal data. For this reason, I will not be recommending your pizzeria, despite the quality of your pizzas, which we otherwise greatly appreciate. It's a shame, but you have unfortunately just lost several customers. Sincerely.
