My partner and I were regulars at La Cabane Aixoise under the previous owner, and his pizzas were generally good. I tried the current owner's pizzas a few years ago and was disappointed; they lacked flavor, were quite dry, and too salty. Tonight, since our usual pizzeria was closed, we decided to give La Cabane another chance... And unfortunately, it's the same story. Heavy pizzas, a crust that's too thick, and a surprising lack of flavor despite the presence of ingredients that are usually quite pronounced (Roquefort, pesto, olives...), which is a shame. However, I did appreciate the service and delivery, which were very friendly and responsive. I wish them all the best.

Drawn in by the near-perfect rating, I decided to try it. The dough isn't made with wheat flour, resulting in a dry, tasteless product. As for the filling, it's nowhere to be seen... The only positive point was that the delivery driver was friendly, which is something. The 4.9-star rating is very surprising. Let's just say that reality and Google reviews don't always seem to align.

I'm a truck driver and I stopped in front of this pizzeria. I was too lazy to cook in my truck on Saturday night, so I went in and got two pizzas. I received a super warm welcome; they're very friendly, and the quality-price ratio is excellent. The pizzas are really delicious and not very expensive at all.

Clearly the best pizza in Aix, in my opinion! The pizzas are consistently excellent, generously topped, made with quality ingredients and a perfect crust. You can taste the expertise and passion in every bite. A huge thank you to the staff, who are always welcoming, smiling, and attentive—it truly makes all the difference. And on top of that, the prices are very reasonable for this level of quality, which is becoming increasingly rare these days. A must-try that I wholeheartedly recommend!
