Dear Sir/Madam, We wish to express our profound disappointment with our experience at your establishment during the Oriental evening we attended on Saturday, September 21st. While the setting and ambiance were certainly enchanting: the singers were excellent, and the festive atmosphere was much appreciated. However, the service and the quality of the meal left us with a regrettable sense of disappointment. Arriving at 9:30 pm, we had to wait until midnight for our appetizers, which is already completely unacceptable. Dessert, meanwhile, was served at 1:30 am, after an interminable wait. Not only did the staff display a complete lack of professionalism, preferring to engage in personal activities such as dancing and smoking shisha, but their unresponsiveness greatly contributed to our dissatisfaction. Furthermore, although we ordered ribeye steak, we were served a piece of undercooked breaded fish without any prior explanation. When we inquired, we were told that they were out of ribeye, but this substitution, which amounted to a blatant disregard for our expectations, should have been communicated to us earlier. We assure you that at Flunch, the quality of the food is superior to what we received that evening. Finally, the dessert, visibly of poor quality and probably frozen, brought this disappointing experience to a close. It is unfortunate that, despite the promising ambiance, the service and the quality of the food were subpar, which considerably marred our evening. We hope this feedback will be taken into account, as we certainly would not recommend your establishment under these circumstances.

I went to this restaurant with friends for an oriental-themed evening, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. From the start, we were asked to pay for everything upfront, which seemed odd to us. The service was very slow, and after a long wait, we were served dishes we hadn't ordered. When we pointed out the mistake, we were simply told that they were out of what we had ordered and that we would have to make do with what they had, without any compensation. The quality of the food was mediocre, and the staff's lack of professionalism made the experience unpleasant. We even had to leave before receiving our dessert, which we had already paid for, because the service was so bad. I do not recommend it!

I'll start with the positives: a large, accessible parking lot, which is important for welcoming visitors who aren't necessarily residents of Aix-en-Provence. The atmosphere was very pleasant for a long time. However, I feel compelled to express my serious concern regarding the current situation at Barrio in Aix-en-Provence, following several direct and repeated complaints that have gone unanswered. After several years of regular patronage, I've noticed a series of problems that, if not quickly addressed, risk seriously damaging the establishment's reputation and appeal. Decrease in visitor numbers: It's clear that visitor numbers have decreased significantly. This alarming trend must be taken seriously and requires a swift and appropriate response to prevent a complete loss of your regulars. Equality between male and female dancers: There's a glaring imbalance between the number of male and female dancers, creating a strained atmosphere. This seemingly persistent problem could be resolved by a more proactive policy of promotion and incentives aimed at rebalancing the overall experience, both in terms of the dynamism and appeal of the dance nights. Lack of care and maintenance: The neglect of maintenance is simply unacceptable. How is it possible to tolerate broken planks used as seats, and this in several different locations and on several consecutive nights? This lack of care cannot be considered an oversight. Not only does it damage the image of Barrio, but it also endangers the safety of customers. Faced with this continued decline in quality and the disappointment it generates, I am forced to suspend my visits to Barrio until I receive positive and constructive feedback from the team, who must react and take the necessary measures.
