A very welcoming and well-located restaurant in La Duranne, with good food; we had a pleasant time.

What a nightmare! It took 30 minutes just to get a chance to order, even after asking twice. Then came an interminable wait—45 minutes for our food. And after complaining, we were met with a curt response. It's impossible to see a server unless you're friends with them. Go there if you have time to waste; if you're in a hurry, avoid it. Incompetent staff—avoid at all costs!!!

40 degrees outside, no customers, air conditioning blasting, and doors wide open. What a disgrace. The food is very average... I can't wait for the tax audit.

I was a little disappointed with the service. I felt like I was bothering them all evening with every request... the wait was really long (1 hour)... and the food wasn't great 😕. The place is warm and the atmosphere is nice.

Overall, a rather mixed experience. The wait was far too long, and the service lacked energy, which could become quite tedious over time. As for the food, the portions were very generous but lacked finesse and were rather greasy, which didn't really justify the price (which was too high). It's a shame, because the place has potential: bright, spacious, and quite pleasant. With more efficient service and better-executed cuisine, the experience could be significantly improved. As it stands, the value for money is lacking.

We stumbled upon this restaurant, and it wasn't a pleasant surprise. The food was good, but everything else was unacceptable. A waiter and waitress were constantly flitting about, many drinks on the menu were unavailable, tables on the terrace weren't cleaned, and it took 3.5 hours for a meal, including a main course and dessert. The staff seemed well-intentioned but lacked professionalism and customer service skills. Regular customers were served first. They need to work on maintaining a customer experience that matches the quality of the food.

Nice evening, minimalist decor, slow service for the pizzas (there were 17 of us, I should mention), my colleague's pizza was overcooked and he'd finished it by the time mine arrived, which was undercooked. The pizzas were generous and tasty, but 80% of the cream-based pizzas were served with a tomato base without any warning; they must have run out of cream! 😁 Parking was a bit of a hassle. There's a lack of space in the area.
