The pizzas were very good! However, for 15 euros, one expects more, which is a shame…

The quality is really not there! Very disappointed

Very disappointed. We ordered five different pizzas, and each time it felt like we were eating the same pizza, tasting nothing but cheese and tomato. They were very sparsely topped, and for the price, it's practically highway robbery! The "Royale" pizza barely had two small pieces of ham and four mushrooms. In any case, the pizzas don't look anything like the pictures on Google.

We ordered two burgers (both excellent) and two desserts: speculoos tiramisu and Nutella, both really good! The service was very friendly! Thank you.

April 15, 2025 Arrived at 11:23 AM with two children to order pizzas. I couldn't get a response before noon, even though the pizza chef was alone in the kitchen watching me and there was no one else in the restaurant. The solution was to order, leave, and come back at noon, with construction everywhere. Apparently, the dough needed 30 minutes to cook. The service was very poor, and customer service was equally poor. It must have been impossible to make two ham and cheese pizzas.

Great location. Generous pizzas. I was in Naples earlier this year. I can tell you that these are good Neapolitan-style pizzas. Different from Provençal pizzas, which have a thinner crust. Quality ingredients. I recommend the Bella with pistachio and mortadella.

Disappointing, no consistency whatsoever. The pizzas used to be generous, large, and well-topped, but over time, the quality has declined. Smaller pizzas, fewer ingredients, and inconsistent cooking. For example, the Pizza Gusto from the old menu had arugula with balsamic vinegar, parmesan shavings, and cherry tomatoes; these ingredients are no longer present on the new Pizza Gusto. Where has Ludovic BICCHIERAI gone? The champion? It's a real shame because the place is nice and the weekend evening staff is lovely.

Avoid at all costs: The picture speaks for itself. A single takeaway pizza for €13, completely burnt... I had to make the trip back and wait there for it to be replaced, without any compensation offered... The kitchen management and customer service are frankly appalling, especially for such a price.

The pizzas weren't great, they were bland and there wasn't much choice, no burgers, and the ladies were grumpy.

Great pizzas, friendly pizza maker. The receptionist, however, is extremely unpleasant and makes the transaction much more complicated than it could be.

After ordering a burger online, I received a call an hour later informing me that they don't make burgers! Yet, it's listed on their website. They offered no solution whatsoever, just a "we'll refund you." The least they could do. This is the last time I'll ever try this so-called restaurant. The staff is incredibly unpleasant, to boot! Avoid at all costs.

The pizzas are disappointing these days; there's been a big drop in quality compared to months ago… They're smaller, have fewer toppings, and less flavor!

Raw egg in the calzone, not great for a €14 pizza. Very disappointed.
