Aiò, while we're talking about pizza here and everyone has their preference, these are just right for me: the base crust isn't too thin or too thick, it's medium, and that's it, perfect! The ingredients are always high quality, and the small team working hard in front of the wood-fired oven to make us happy is really nice!
